All right, I've been HORRIBLE at taking Baby Bump pictures, mostly because I'm SO incredibly HUGE with this pregnancy. I think I was this big when I delivered Bridger, Jocelyn I wasn't this big at ALL. BUT I do have a 6 months picture and NOW a 7 month picture to share. Although I don't want too!! =S
Six months:
7 Month:
Alright, I took this today in the middle of putting up blinds and a desk. Sorry for the messy backround...we'll say its because of the blinds and the desk being put together. Yeah thats it. =)
As you can see the Baby is huge. I'm sure I haven't helped with my 24 hour buffet eating. I eat only a little bit, but EVERY two hours!! Plus this baby LOVES me, and lets me eat whatever I'm craving, and I have a husband that loves me, and lets me get whatever I'm craving for dinner. So I haven't cooked for the past 2 months. But I say that with a smile, after having 3 pregnancies that made me lose weight, Bridger I lost 40 pounds, Jocelyn making me lose 67 pound because I couldn't keep anything down, eating has been a HUGE blessing, and I LOVE IT. ( Yeah I was so skinny AFTER I had her!! Skinner then in HIGHSCHOOL...now there is a way to lose weight).
Alright, NEW complaint of pregnancy. ROUND LIGAMENT PAIN people!! (Yeah..Fancy word for GROIN/HIP pain). But for those of you that really haven't had this experience, let me give you a visual. :
Get familiar with the ligaments: there's round ligament and broad ligament, both of which can cause pain in the front of the hip, especially during pregnancy (the round is attached to your groin, broad ligament to the hipbone.)
This is what I look like MOST Of the day. I decided I would put HER picture up because she's way skinner and her bathroom is clean. Mostly for the latter. BUT this has been the worst kind of pain this pregnancy. Round Ligament Pain is no joke, especially when you're trying to roll over in the middle of the night! Its like a beached whale trying to get into the ocean. Putting pants on is a WHOLE new appreciation for me now. Its so hard to lift my leg into the pant leg, it HURTS so incredibly bad. Ugh...and I can't wait to sleep on my back again...or my stomach or sleep through the whole night for that matter (What am I saying, I'll have a newborn!)!!
For those of you that have NEVER had this pain, you need to get off my blog right now because you can not sympathize with me!! I never really had that "Pregnancy" walk, ok maybe I did but I never noticed it and my husband was WAY to kind or afraid to tell me that I walked any other way then perfect. But with THIS pregnancy, I totally know I'm waddling and swaying, and rocking, all because of this ligament pain.Only 10 more weeks to go. Alright ...so here we have a
SUMMARY:
How far along: 30 weeks
Total weight gain: 25 pounds
Sleep: This little baby is MOVING all the time, kicking me and doing cartwheels. Her feet are always to the right of my stomach. She seems to like it there the best, she doesn't really move anywhere else. she just kicks, and kicks, and kicks....so active!!
Best moment this week: Hitting the THIRD TRIMESTER!!!!!!!!!! 10 more weeks to GO!!
Gender: GIRL!
Belly Button in or out: Half popped - the top is out, the bottom is in.
What I'm looking forward to: Not walking like I need a hip replacement.
Differences between #1 & #2: WAY more hip/round ligament pain than last time. Weight gained...
DIFFERENCE W/JOCELYN: Jocelyn Hiccuped ALL the time which did not help me at all, and she was all over the place. ..DIFFERENCE W/BRIDGER: The whole getting-up-to-pee thing seems to happen every night around 2 a.m. Regardless of when/how much I drank last. Hmph.My back isn't out ALL the time.
Until next time,
Cat
