Pirate Island KEEP redo- maybe delete

So last night we got to go to Pirate Island! The atmosphere was amazing, Pirate theme everywhere you turn. You walk in, and that is a huge cove with a pirate skeleton chained up into the water with buried treasure. The kids loved watching it it, super fun, very artistic, very Awesome.

So then we go to the front of the desk, and they actually seat you, its not a seat yourself kind of place. So hostess then gave us one of those Beepy things to tell us when our table was available. She then told us to go play.
W were lost, we walk in and its this huge Pirate ship (that is the kitchen) again amazing architecture then if you go to the Left, it looked just like a restaurant with tables, booths, waiters in their pirate gear. But if you go to the Right, there is a lot of arcade games, and even more to the left, a very small play yard of a front of the ship.

We had to either pay with cash at the token machines, or they had a deal of 100 tokens for $20 bucks, but we had to ask our server. So we got beeped, and went back to our table, when they started announcing that they were going to have a Puppet show! So all the kids were invited to go see it. We went and waited, they were having a little bit of problems with the lights, but then it was cute. Bridger got bored, but Jocelyn thought it was hilarious!

Then we ordered, and the thing Jed loved about their menu is that it wasn't all pizza, it was a HUGE menu of Seafood, chicken platters, appetizers, fish, salad, Pasta! Everything....Briger ordered a Kids sized Pep. Pizza, I ordered Chicken, which was HALF of a chicken, Jed ordered Salmon, and Jocelyn ordered Pasta.

Jed didn't like his salmon, but liked my Chicken, I didn't like my chicken but liked Jocelyn's pasta, Jocelyn didn't like her pasta, but liked Bridger's pizza, Bridger liked everyones food and had a lot of everything. =D

The kids were done eating, but the arcade games and play place was so far away from the eating area we couldn't let the babies go by themselves. Jocelyn and her Cousin Kaia could of gone, they are almost 7 and 9 years old. But Bridger and the rest of the cousins couldn't of gone anywhere. Also the doors, to outside,  are WIDE open, so one of the littler children could escape very easily if not watched liked a hawk.

My personal review of "PIRATE ISLAND"  is that the atmosphere is a A++++ it is beautiful inside and out! Very detailed oriented, amazing!! They should of had a bigger play area, but I am guessing the target audience they are looking for are for ages 8 and above!! Jocelyn told me she wants to have her B-Day party there, and we asked Bridger.."Do you want to have it here in Pirate Island? Or at Chuck E. Cheese? ...He said Chuck E. Cheese! .....I give it a :     " B-"

So there you have it folks! Jocelyn loved it, Bridger liked it, and Jed and I were came out full, stuffed actually and really happy. Awesome place to take the family and let them run wild if they are old enough too!!

Cat!

P.S. We both forgot our camera! I was so mad at myself!! I wanted to take lots of pictures!

When I was at Costco a few weeks ago I saw that place and wondered what it was! Sounds like my boys would LOVE it! Glad you had some quality family time there.

I love your background. So so cute.

So I want to give this place a try. Our kids are just all at such different stages I wonder if it could keep 14, 11 and 9 year boys entertained and still be entertaining for a 5 year old girl? my boys love Tucanos and Chloe loves Mcdonalds so maybe this would be a good compromise?
