So for FHE, we decided to go get some yummy PUPUSAS!!! This is a great El Salvadorian dish!! My grandma makes them all the time, but they are VERY time consuming so its worth the drive to Provo to buy them!! When Jed and I were first dating, I took him to this little restaurant in Provo and he fell in love with them immediately. Secretly, I think thats why he married me, They also have this great dish where they fry plantains, with beans and sour cream!! Now thats to die for, I make that all the time, but I fry bananas with beans and sour cream!!

This is what they look like!! Don't they look soo good!!! The "salad" is called "Cortido" (You have to say it in spanish though...I think I spelled that right..Vicky?? ) ...its cabbaged and carrots soaked in vinegar mix, soo good!!

The salsa is a very mild tomatoe sauce, its very very good!! The Pupusas are corn tortialls filled with cheese, beans, and meat!! SOO GOOD!!

YEAH!! of course I'm happy!! LOVE LOVE LOVE pupusas!!

JED is VERY happy!!

Alright so this is before FHE. The kids are playing, it doesn't matter that they are 4 years apart!! They play like they are only a few months apart!!

Here is Daddy trying to referee!! Bridger got the last punch though!! Poor Jocelyn!!

Jocelyn being good during FHE to get her special Treat!!

Jocelyn and Daddy trying to have a " Who can eat the fruit roll up whole like a snake" contest!

It was a close call, but Daddy won!! Jocelyn wanted a rematch to claim her victory!!

My mother inlaw is coming on Thursday to babysit the kids while Jed and I have a getaway to Las Vegas!! So its been a busy!! But I am really excited about my house, this is giving me a lot of motivation to clean my house!! The motivation I needed!! I re- did the kids bathroom too..its now blue!! They had a great sale at Target so I just got new towels for each bathroom. Its amazing how just changing the towels and actually CLEANING the bathroom can transform the room completely!!
